However, after taking the products for a few days, we realized that we had stumbled upon something much more exciting. I regularly slept less than six hours nightly and Tricia had problems falling asleep and sleeping through the night. Our mornings always started slowly and our afternoons dragged on. Not anymore!

I started using Bonamour about a month ago. I have found that I need less sleep and wake up very refreshed, and that I have sustained energy throughout the day. I have a busy life so it is not unusual for me to be on the go from 6:00 in the morning to 9 or 10 at night. I have more stamina and energy now and no mid afternoon slump.

My son, on the other hand has a very hard time getting to sleep. He is 16 years old and needs lots of sleep but was often tossing and turning until well after midnight and woke up groggy and not very well rested. The first night he took Bonamour he went right to sleep and has been doing so ever since. He wakes up much more easily and he loves it. He has not missed a day.
